I used a white with a shimmery clear polish as a background for these cupcake decals to make them really pop. I originally didn’t like this manicure, but it sort of grew on me over the first few days. I make it a rule not to judge things too quickly as first impressions can often change over time. Maybe it’s a bit strange that I got onto this topic from nail art, but this is actually a rule I try to follow in life as well. Sometimes you just can’t prevent yourself from making a snap judgement and there are instances when you might need to if there is a time limit on something. But more often than not, there is time to think and reflect before deciding what your opinion of something is and I find that to be quite beneficial.
