I’m a bit behind on my posts and the next few were actually supposed to go up last week but my health got in the way. While I’ve been lying home convalescing, I’m happy to report that it has actually warmed up a bit and is really starting to feel like spring or even summer. The outfits I’m sharing are for somewhat cooler weather though, but you could always take off some layers if it’s warmer in your part of the world.

I’ve definitely surprised myself with the amount of pink I’ve been wearing this year (like here, here, here and here) since it used to be a color I didn’t reach for very often. Something changed I guess and now I’m wearing it all the time which is why I’m sharing two ways to wear pink below.

With White

White is a usually the color of the canvas if you paint and also makes a great backdrop for any other color pairing. Pink is no exception. Here I paired my pink cardigan with a white top with a pink print and white flared pants. The pants bring out the warm tones of the pink without detracting from it.

With Leopard

I’ve worn a lot of leopard too lately (here, here, here and here) and since I’ve also been wearing a lot of pink, statistically, I was bound to wear the two together eventually. It’s a surprisingly easy paring probably because leopard is a neutral and so works with the light tone. In this look, I combined dressy and casual to create a look that’s really comfy and easy to put together.
