A tulle skirt is one of these magical items that instantly makes me want to twirl when I put it on. There’s just this fairy tale princess vibe to it that’s hard to ignore which is why it can seem challenging to style. Luckily winter is the perfect time to combat this because sweaters are the perfect way to tone done the girly with lots of cozy. White is a great option for such a sweater since it’s such a basic color and allows the tulle skirt to be the focal point of the outfit. A fun matching scarf and a pair of short boots complete the look.
