3 Ways to Wear Pink for Valentine’s Day (or just because you want to)

Pink is quite a delicate feminine color. It’s also considered to be one of the colors of love and has become quite popular for Valentine’s Day. Since Valentine’s Day is coming closer, I thought it would be fun to collect several ways you can wear pink to get into the Valentine’s Day spirit or just because you want to. I clearly wanted to since none of these outfits were ones I actually wore on Valentine’s Day, but all are outfits I could have.

Pink Sweater

Pink is a sweet color and you can always amp up that factor by wearing it in the form of a fuzzy sweater. These are perfect for the colder months since they feel extra cozy and comfy. A cute item like this works well when paired with a denim skirt, scarf and boots for a cute casual outfit.

Pink Jeans

If you’d rather not go for a pink sweater, you always have the option of a pink pair of jeans. A pair like that might not seem like it would be versatile, but it works with a surprising number of colors. Black and white are always an easy pairing, being a classic combination to begin with. But if you’re looking for more ideas, you could always go with other pastel colors, colors with a red tint or blues and greys.

Monochrome

The ultimate pink look is a monochrome look. If you just can’t decide which part of your outfit to inject the color into, you could always go for all of them. This is definitely a delicate look, but a monochrome look is always an elegant option no matter the color scheme. Since a monochrome pink look is quite the statement on its own, it’s easiest to pair it with one accessory. While I went with a rose gold brooch to keep the pink vibe going, yellow gold and silver work equally well.
