I love cutouts in my clothing and think that a bit of skin can be a really fun way to spice up an otherwise simple piece of clothing. Nothing can really be simpler than a hooded sweatshirt so it’s a good thing that it has a version of this fun element. This is the mesh insert. Serving the dual purpose of visual interest and appeal along with some much needed ventilation in warm weather, mesh cutouts are a lot of fun to wear.

I keep the causal vibe going here with simple light-wash jeans and emphasize the edge in the mesh with my spikey combat boots. This look is comfortable enough to jump around in. Or maybe I was just happy that the weather is finally warming up…oh the mystery 🙂
