I hope you’re having a good fall season so far. Today, I’m sharing my self care bullet journal setup for 2022. I went for a vintage theme using my Bibliophilia Antiquarian sticker book, book pages, kraft paper and some vintage and gold washi tape. I hope you enjoy it 🙂

2022

I wrote “2022” on kraft paper pieces and layered them over a collage of book pages and vintage washi tape. I added two vintage stickers at the corners to make things a bit more interesting.

 

 

 

Morning routine

I kept this spread simple, adding a bit of vintage washi tape as the top and two stickers.

 

 

 

Goals and dreams

I kept my decorating to the sides here, layering book pages, washi tape and vintage stickers.

 

 

 

Check in

I added a bit of washi tape here around the titles to fill in the empty space and two vintage snail stickers to make things a bit more interesting.

 

 

 

Gratitude

This is another spread where I wrote the title on top of a collage of vintage papers and washi tape.

 

 

 

How I am now…

This is one of my simplest spreads and I decorated it only with a bit of washi tape at the top and bottom.

 

 

 

How I’m hoping to be

I used some wider washi tape on the sides here as well as another vintage sticker.
