I hope things are going well for you. This time, I’m sharing my bullet journal setup for August. This one is for my self care bullet journal. I went for a sunflower theme this time since that’s a flower I’ve always liked. I hope you enjoy it 🙂

I went for a sunflower black and gold scrapbook style theme. I’ve always liked sunflowers and even tried to pant some last year, but they were all eaten by something so that didn’t pan out. Anyways, I thought black and gold went very well with these somewhat darker flowers so I used some black and gold scrapbook paper and washi tape along with the sunflower themed items.

 

 

 

Highlights

I kept this spread really simple, adding a piece of scrapbooking paper at the top and the title underneath. I then added a bit of washi tape and two stickers to fill in the empty spaces at the top and a strip of sunflower washi at the bottom to keep the theme going.

 

 

 

Health Review/mood review

I used some black paper for part of the headings to make things a bit more fun and decorated the rest of the spread with washi tape (my favorite stationary item).

 

 

 

Self care goals/negative to positive

I put the titles at the bottom to mix things up a bit and added some stickers around that areas to fill the empty space. My final touch was adding some washi tape to the top to make it a bit more interesting.

 

 

 

Accomplishments/gratitude

This time I decided to layer the scrapbooking paper with black paper for the titles. The rest of the empty space I filled in with some more washi tape and simple circle stickers.
