I hope you’re doing well. Today I’m sharing my bullet journal setup for July. This one is for my self care bullet journal. I went for a dark academia theme this time since I really enjoyed my light academia theme from June. I hope you like it 🙂

Title page

I went for a dark academia scrapbook style theme. I actually used some of the same things I used for my light academia setup (like book pages and lines paper), but I added a bunch of darker elements like black and dark brown paper and washi tape and dark stickers.

 

 

 

Highlights

I wrote the title on a piece of lined paper and used a black paper behind it for a bit of contrast.

 

 

 

Health Review/mood review

This is a really simple spread that I decorated mostly with washi tape, adding just a few circle stickers at the top to make it a bit more interesting.

 

 

 

Self care goals/negative to positive

I put the title on opposite corners here and every time I do that, I remember that I should do it more often (but for some reason almost never do).

 

 

 

Accomplishments/gratitude

I used different paper for the titles here; using white lined paper for the left and decorating with darker elements and dark brown paper for the right with white washi tape behind it for a bit of contrast.

 

 

 

Sleep log/bedtime tracker/monthly review

This was my last spread and here I kept all the decorating to the top of the spread, adding some washi tape, scrapbook paper and stickers to fill in the empty space around the titles.
