I hope you’re doing well. Today I’m sharing my second bullet journal setup for June. This one is for my self care bullet journal with spreads that help me to prevent burnout. I went for a light academia theme this time since I’ve been thinking about making one for quite a while. I hope you like it 🙂

Title page
I went for a light academia scrapbook style theme this time around. I used a lot of different elements in light tan colors as well as book pages and lined pages I ripped out of a notebook for an academia feel.
Highlights
I added a piece of a book page and some more things to the bottom right corner to balance the busy top left corner.
Health Review/mood review
I added some washi tape to the bottom of the spread here to make things more interesting since the headings were at the top.
Self care goals/negative to positive
I decorated this spread almost entirely with washi tape (my favorite form of stationary) and added just a few dots to the top to make it a bit more interesting.
Accomplishments/gratitude
I kept all my decorating to the top of the spread here, adding some book pages behind the titles and a few stickers and washi tape to spice things up.
Sleep log/bedtime tracker/monthly review
This was my last spread and here I used somewhat wider washi tape on both sides as a border and added some book pages, scrapbook paper and stickers to fill in the empty space around the headings.
Thank you for reading/watching. Be you. Always.
Supplies:
In general, I buy my supplies from Amazon, Etsy, Michael’s, Aliexpress and my local dollar store.
I try my best to find links to what I used, but often things sell out. I’ll try to find similar items or the same items somewhere else if that happens.
