I hope you’re doing well. Today I’m sharing a bullet journal setup for May (yes, another one since I split by journal into two). This time it’s going to be for my self care bullet journal with spreads that I find help me to prevent burnout. I went for a simple cherry blossom and butterfly theme. I hope you like it 🙂

Title page

This is another cherry blossom theme for May. I seem to be really in the mood for them lately. Anyways, I kept the name of the month simple not to distract from the other bright things of the page.

 

 

 

Highlights

I used kraft paper for the heading again and added a few stickers and washi tape to decorate.

 

 

 

Health Review/mood review

This is probably the simplest spread of this setup and I decorated it almost exclusively with washi tape. The only other thing I added were two butterflies to the bottom corners of the page for a bit of sparkle.

 

 

 

Self care goals/negative to positive

For this spread, I tried out a washi tape border, which I actually really liked the look of. I used the same kraft paper for the headings and decorated a bit more with a sticker and butterflies.

 

 

 

Accomplishments/gratitude

This spread turned out to be really top heavy so I added a bit of washi tape to the bottom to balance things out a bit.

 

 

 

Sleep log/bedtime tracker/monthly review

This was my last spread and here I kept things simple again with some washi tape on the sides and a few butterflies at the top to spice things up a bit.
