I know it’s a bit late in the year for another journal setup for 2021, but just like my one line a day journal, I realized I wanted a reading journal in January and this was as soon as I could get everything together. I hope you like it 🙂
Video
Like last time, I’m also sharing the real time version of this with no voiceover if you’re interested.
Video:
First spread
I went for simple look here with a bit of kraft paper and neutral stickers.
2021 spread
I went for a scrapbook style for this spread (and the whole setup actually) with a lot of vintage style washi tape, stickers and paper.
Monthly stats
This is where I’ll be writing down things like the number of books read, total number of pages, etc for each month. I thought this would be interesting to look back on.
21 must read books
I saw a few people doing these spreads and I thought it was a fun idea to add the books that I want to read the most this year to have them all in a convenient location.
Reading goals/stats
I used kraft paper for the headings here again and added some neutral washi tape to make things more interesting.
Reading review
This is another very scrapbook themed spread where I mixed a lot of vintage themed elements to decorate the heading.
Favorite book spread
This spread will be dedicated to my favorite book of 2021. And yes, I realize now that I misspelled favorite…
Thank you for reading/watching. Be you. Always.
Supplies:
In general, I buy my supplies from Amazon, Etsy, Michael’s, Aliexpress and my local dollar store.
I try my best to find links to what I used, but often things sell out. I’ll try to find similar items or the same items somewhere else if that happens.
