I hope you’re well and since both December and the holiday season are fast approaching, it’s time for the December bullet journal setup.

 

I’m back to using my grid notebook this month again and I’m back to a filming and editing style closer to what I used to do.

 

This month I doodled and drew a lot more in my journal than I usually do and I have a lot of Santa and Santa hat doodles mixed in with my usual scrapbook themed bullet journal. Most of my spreads this month are in a blue and silver theme, but I have a few spreads with gold, green and red. Of course, I still use a lot of scrapbooking paper, stickers and washi tape in my journal.

Santa spread

I went for a blue and silver Christmas theme for my December cover page. I drew some rough Santa and Santa hat doodles here and colored in the hats in blue since I wanted those to be the focal point. I also used a bit of washi tape on the right side of my spread to mix in my usual scrapbooking style.

 

 

Goals and review spread

This is a really simple spread with a fun charismas ornament photo. I went for a blue and silver color scheme here again and added a blue Santa hat doodle to make the spread a bit more fun.

 

 

 

Best of the month spread

This is another simple spread. i wanted to leave myself a lot of room to write here so I only added two small Santa hat doodles, a bit of washi tape and scrapbooking paper.

 

 

 

Black and gold spread

By this point, I felt like I hadn’t done a Santa doodle in a while, so I decided to add one here. Since the other elements I used to decorate the spread were black and gold, I colored in the hat in gold to match.

 

 

Green and silver spread

This is my favorite spread from my December setup other than my title page. I created the spread around the Christmas themed photo, but I really liked how all the green and silver elements came together.

 

 

 

Blue spread

I knew I wanted to make another blue spread because I got this Christmas themed washi tape just for my bullet journal and I wanted to use it. It ended up being another simple spread with some blue paper, tissue paper, a bit of blue washi tape and a blue Santa doodle.

 

 

 

Blue and green spread

I went for a blue and green theme for this spread. I layered quite a few different things in this spread within that color scheme, but my favorite part has to be the title. I really liked how the ripped tissue paper looked under the metallic green marker.

 

 

 

Black and red spread

Black and red is one of my favorite color combinations so I knew I had to do a black and red spread. Also, I wanted to do at least one Santa hat doodle in the traditional red color and this color scheme was perfect for that. I also added a bit of my favorite starry washi tape for extra sparkle.
