I celebrated another warm fall day by wearing a girly somewhat bohemian dress. It has a floral print, ruffles, a little bit of crochet lace, tiers and it’s a chiffon dress so it’s light and airy. I was hoping that the photo of me spinning in it would work out, but it didn’t. Oh well, you’ll just have to trust me that the skirt flares up in a way that made the little girl inside me squeal with delight (silently of course; we wouldn’t want to scare passers-by).
Unfortunately the dress was (dare I say it?) a bit too airy for my current mood and I added a large black belt to define my waist and add a bit of interest. I also picked up the very-subtle hints of grey in the print of the dress with my grey booties and grey leather choker. The choker trend may be fading away right now, but it will never fade for me. I always loved chokers and happily replenished my dwindling collection while they were in trend and intend to wear them until they disintegrate.
Thank you for reading. Be kind. Be you.
